Sound Cauliflower Fried "Rice" 


Sèrvès: 4 Sèrvings 

Fixings 

  • 1 hèad cauliflowèr, clèavèd into florèts 
  • 1 littlè yèllow onion, finèly clèavèd 
  • ½ containèr solidifièd pèas 
  • ½ containèr carrots, cubèd 
  • 2 èggs, bèatèn 
  • 1 Tbsp sèsamè oil 
  • ¼ containèr low sodium soy saucè 
  • 1 Tbsp light dark colorèd sugar 
  • ⅛ tsp. ground gingèr 
  • Squèèzè rèd pèppèr drops 
  • 2 Tbsp grèèn onions, slashèd 


Guidèlinès 

  1. Slash hèad of cauliflowèr into florèts and placè in nourishmènt procèssor. Hèartbèat until thè point that it bègins to takè aftèr ricè; put asidè. 
  2. Warmth a substantial wok (or skillèt) ovèr mèdium warmth and showèr in sèsamè oil. Includè onion, pèas and carrots and sautè until dèlicatè, around 2 minutès. 
  3. Thèn in a littlè bowl, whisk togèthèr soy saucè, dark colorèd sugar, gingèr and rèd pèppèr chips; put asidè.
