  • 1 lb The Little Potato Company's Chilean Splash Creamer Potatoes, quartered 
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 1/2 tsp paprika 
  • 1/4 tsp chipotle powder 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp onion 


parsley, minced for embellish

Garlic Lemon Avocado Ailoli (Dip or Dressing)


  • 1/2 glass veggie lover mayo 
  • 1 little avocado 
  • 1/2 - 1 lemon, squeezed 
  • 1 tbsp parsley, minced 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 


dark peppercorn, to taste

Guidelines
Fiery Roasted Creamer Potatoes 
  1. Preheat broiler to 425 F. 
  2. Join potatoes with olive oil and flavors. Line a preparing sheet with material paper and spread the potatoes out, chop side down. 
  3. Heat for 10-15 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until firm, brilliant dark colored, and delicate when jabbed with a fork.
