These super quick Curried Chickpeas with spinach are stuffed with flavor and supplements, vegetarian, without gluten, and filling! Also they solidify awesome!

Fixings

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil $0.26 
  • 1 little onion $0.47
  • 2 cloves garlic $0.16 
  • 1 inch new ginger $0.16 
  • 1/2 Tbsp curry powder $0.45 
  • 8 oz spinach new or solidified $1.49 
  • 15 oz would tomato be able to sauce $0.59 
  • 29 oz would chickpeas be able to $1.10 





Directions


  1. Dice the onion, mince the garlic, and mesh the ginger on a little holed cheddar grater. Sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger in an extensive skillet with the olive oil over medium warmth until the point when the onions have relaxed (3-5 minutes). 
  2. Include the curry powder and keep on sauté with the onion blend for one moment more. Include around 1/some water and to the skillet alongside the new spinach and keep on sauté until the point that the spinach has shriveled.......
